Assignment - Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Improve an IoT infrastructure for the current system at ArtStuff (Pvt) Ltd.
Learning Outcome 1- Establish project aims, objectives and timeframes based on the chosen theme.
Learning Outcome 2 - Conduct small-scale research, information gathering and data collection to generate knowledge to support the project.
Learning Outcome 3 - Present the project and communicate appropriate recommendations based on meaningful conclusions drawn from the evidence findings and/or analysis.
Learning Outcome 4 - Reflect on the value gained from conducting the project and its usefulness to support sustainable organisational performance.
Assignment Scenario

One of your team members got a contact from a company named ‘ArtStuff (Pvt) Ltd' is a small-scale newly started company with ten employees. As you are the CEO and the project manager in your company. Your company decided to proceed with the project with ‘ArtStuff (Pvt) Ltd' company.

Think and write about the detail, and question it where appropriate) and identify (Show that you have recognised one or more key or significant piece of evidence, thing, idea, problem, fact, theory, or example)
ArtStuff (Pvt) Ltd' IoT project aims and objectives. Then you have to submit a project proposal by illustrating (Give selected examples of something to help describe or explain it, or use diagrams or other visual aids (Images) to help describe or explain something) the entire relevant project plans, including planning for timescales and time management, cost, quality, risk, strategic values and ethical issues.(Project report) Do critical evaluation (As with 'evaluate', but showing how judgments vary from different perspectives and how some judgments are stronger than others. This often means creating an objective, reasoned argument for your overall case,) by using appropriate research methodologies.
After ‘ArtStuff (Pvt) Ltd' signed the contract, your company can submit a project report. The project report should have to do effective planning using a work breakdown structure and a Gantt Chart. The IoT infrastructure project must have a milestone. To define and complete the mentioned tasks in the project proposal as a project manager you have to maintain a track of records to complete project tasks as an outline of the overall IoT project. (Logbook)
The research of ‘ArtStuff (Pvt) Ltd' company should critically assess information by concerning qualitative and quantitative methods. Identify the verifiable (Justify by providing appropriate reasons) primary and secondary researches in this IoT project. Apply suitable methods of information gathering, data collection, and IoT substance (resources). Discuss (Provide details about and evidence for or against two or more different views or ideas,) well-defined logical arguments in relation to information gathering methods, primary and secondary methods
Explain the techniques together with probability and non-probability that reflect the IoT project. Analyse and apply the data collection tools such as observations and case studies. Critical evaluation based on analytical techniques such as trend analysis and classification.
Discuss your improved IoT project and recommendations by giving a justifiable explanation on tools, techniques, strategic values, methods based on accuracy and validity support. How to use reflection to inform future behavior/s, particularly directed towards feasible performance in ‘ArtStuff (Pvt) Ltd'. Provide all the relevant evidence in the IoT project report. (fact-findings, comparisons, and contrast, future enhancement)
Evidence required: Complete a project logbook to record relevant project tasks according to time frames.
Performance Review
You will need to reflect on the success of your project and your own performance in a personal performance review at the end of the project. This is a written reflection of 500 words (You will not be penalised if they exceed this word limit).

2. Did the project succeed in its aims? How do you know? Specifically, outline any evaluation and assessment undertaken.
3. What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all aspects of the project (e.g. initial inception, project activities and project outcomes) from a range of perspectives.
4. What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was there timely identification of issues and resolution during the project process?
5. What did you learn from undertaking the project?
6. How would you rate your performance as project manager?
7. What strengths and weaknesses of your performance did you identify?
8. How will this inform and support your continuous professional development?
