Questions 1 - Research
A. Let's say you are going to start a local business. To make it realistic, let's say you love photography and you want to quit your job (as a buyer for Amazon) and start a photography business. What are the things that you would want to research? State the "things" in terms of specific questions you would want to have answered.
B. What is the answer to two of the questions (on your list or on a classmates list)? Note, this will require you to do some secondary research; or if you are really ambitious, you can do some primary research*)
*If you do primary research, you only need to do a sample size of 10, which would not be "projectable" and the real world (but is acceptable for our learning purposes).
Question 2 - Planning
A. How would you outline your plan (what is the information you would want to have in the plan)? Note, this could become real redundant, so feel free to build on the previous classmates outline (kudos to the early bird). If you think something should not be included that a classmate has on the outline, state so and give the rationale for removing it.
B. Select two areas of the plan outline, that have not already been done by a classmate, and give a detailed explanation of how you would go about developing that section.
Don't forget that there is the "Questions & Answers" section in the discussion board. That's a great place to ask for clarification or anything else. For instance, if a student didn't know what is meant by "projectable" in question 1 above, this would be a great place to ask rather than hiding in the bushes and hoping that not knowing won't be harmful.
