While their Mission and Vision are not specifically stated it is easy to see that the Mission and Vision are built around idea that happy team members make for a profitable workplace. Most of the case revolves around the company's Truly Human Leadership people centric management style.
The company has grown from a small custom manufacturer to a 1.5 billion dollar sales company primarily through acquisition. Identify and describe what makes a good acquisition candidate for Barry Wehmiller. Why was Barry Wehmiller able to buy the companies "on the cheap"?
