3. You are the shift sergeant and you arrive at the scene of a disturbance and observe one of your officers slap a prisoner who is in handcuffs several times. How are you going to handle this?

4. One of your subordinate employees keeps performing below the level she is capable of. It is time for her annual performance evaluation. How are you going to evaluate her and how will discuss her sub-par performance with her?
