Question: There are very few people that disagree with this system of monitoring. But is it fair? For this week's discussion, you are the warden of the Rassy State Penitentiary. As warden, you have a litany of responsibilities. One such responsibility being the proper treatment of all inmates. In one of your weekly meetings with your corrections officers, you discuss concerning issues relating to inmates and officer 90210 states, "Some of the inmates are fighting over why murders complete their sentencing and go free but, sex offenders complete their sentences and remain penalized for the remainder of their life by means of a sex offender database." As warden, it is your job to educate your officers on how to deal with differences of opinion that is causing interruption within the institution. As the Warden, how would you guide your correctional officers to respond to the inmate's actions?
