The woman admitted of abusing drugs in her young age and shared needles. She was never tested for HIV or hepatitis any time. Her alkalinephosphatase enzymes (liver enzymes) were elevated and her liver was pulpable but no splenomegaly. Her CD4 counts were 1000/ml. (5 points)
