Where is your product/brand in terms of the Product Life Cycle and Consumer Adoption Cycle? How do you expect this to change in the next 12 - 18 months?

How would you describe the branding strategy for the product/brand you are reviewing? Is your firm using family, individual or co-branded strategies? What role does the corporate identity play in establishing the product/brand identity? Use visual images of your firm and brand logos.

Collect actual pricing information for your product/brand and for the key competitor you have identified. What pricing strategies do each of these product/brands appear to be using? Summarize any recommendations for change in product, branding or pricing.
