Case Study: Mark is the CEO of a medium sized manufacturing company that produces office supplies. After a year of being in this role he decide to check the company's environmental impacts. He found that th company generates a large amount of greenhouse gases. He is fully aware of the impacts that greenhouse gases have on the climate, and as a responsible leader he decides to take action.

The best solution from his perspective is to invest in renewabl energy sources, including solar power. Although he understands tha investing in echo-friendly energy is expensive, he is still determine to achieve his goal.

To achieve this, Mark forms a team consisted from staff wit different backgrounds in management, marketing and huma resource management. Now, he needs to motivate his staff to instil a work culture that is based on sustainable practices.
