Medical receptionists are crucial in the day-to-day operations of the practice they work for. They are needed to keep every record, greet every patient who comes in and perform numerous other tasks to ensure that the rest of the staff is supported. If you are going into an interview for a medical receptionist position, you should be ready to hear these specific questions:

  • What methods do you use to work with different people on a day-to-day basis?
  • Why are you interested in being a medical receptionist?

  • How would you deal with a patient who is upset?
