Assignment: Scoop Creep

If you design a project carefully and deliberately, you can avoid the dreaded scope creep. After your studies this week, what have you learned about scope creep and how to avoid it? Do you think there are cases where scope creep might actually be a good thing or could be useful? Share your thoughts with your classmates. Even if you have scope creep under control, customers might push the boundaries as the project progresses. How would you deal with a client in a diplomatic way so as to avoid damaging your company's relationship with the client?
