You have been working at a small organization that offers counseling and other services for about 5 years. Over That time you have known Sharon to be a very relaxed and friendly coworker. She is supportive of her peers and sensitive to the needs of her clients. Over the past few days however you have noticed subtle changes in her. She's less engaged in conversations you have with her and seems exhausted regularly. She has been working late nights and occasionally you see her resting her head on her desk During work hours. When you ask her what is going on she mentions that she's feeling very stressed out. She's moving to a new home with her partner and most of the responsibilities of arranging the move have fallen to her. She also has to complete important professional development training within the next week. As a result, she has been working late into the evenings and often spends work hours arranging for her move.
