Your employer tells you - the new HR manager - about a major productivity project that will begin shortly and will take six to nine months to complete. He explains that under normal circumstances, he would assign the project to the operations manager, but she is seven months pregnant and will be on pregnancy/parental leave for much of the project's duration. Your employer wants to assign it to someone else in these circumstances and asks you if that's okay from a legal point of view.
