This is particularly dangerous, due to the fact that suicide is far too often the unfortunate outcome for those who fail to seek help or be treated for mental health issues.
Imagine that you are a high school guidance counselor and you are tasked by the principal to encourage students who experience overwhelming distress to seek help. Consider what resources you would need to make such a program effective.
