The manager estimates that customers will arrive every 4 minutes and will require 6 minutes to be served at the pump. Assume that the coefficients of variation of both the inter-arrival times and the service times are equal to 1.

Jennifer has 7 programmers who do all of the coding. On average, a project arrives once every 5.2 hours. Each project is assigned to one programmer and that programmer takes on average 18.2 hours to complete each project.
