Imagine that you are an advanced practice intern at an inpatient mental health treatment center. One of your tasks is to assess clients' readiness and safety for discharge.

You are working with client Frank Espinosa, a 58-year-old male. Frank was hospitalized following a suicide attempt at his residence and is nearing completion of the inpatient program.

I'm looking forward to getting out of here. I've been telling everyone I won't try that again.
