Case Study: You are conducting a study looking at the relationship between injection drug use and HIV. You hypothesize that those who inject drugs have a greater likelihood of HIV since they may share unsterile injection equipment. You recruit a sample of 500 people (250 who have HIV, 250 who do not have HIV) and ask them about their past exposure of injection drug use.
