Topic: I think that for future experiences with planning goals and strategies, I will plan them a bit more complicating. I found myself wanting to do more exercise even once I was done walking. If I would have set harder goals then I would have been able to achieve those as well. The only other factors that I would change would be to set a more scheduled and organized work out routine. If I had a set workout routine that involved specific work-outs, it would have been easier to accomplish them. I don't necessarily enjoy running and walking because I feel as if it is boring. Other than those slight changes I am really pleased with how my goals resulted and I would advice someone else to make a goal and strategy as well.
