Mr. Jones calls, saying his son has just been hit in the mouth with a hockey puck and is bleeding profusely. He cannot tell if any teeth are broken.
Mr. Green has had a dull, nagging toothache for about a week and would like to be fixed today because he is going away for the weekend.
