This presentation will detail a company and its percentage of employees at each of the developmental levels from Ken Blanchard's book; Leadership and the One Minute Manager. You will identify four individuals, one from each of the four developmental stages to demonstrate your knowledge of the stages. Describe what percentage of each stage is currently at the company you have selected for this project. You will also come up with a plan on how you would "fix" the company by changing the mix of developmental stages. This final presentation is to create a presentation on PowerPoint of this assignment based on what you learned throughout this class. Present to the class the following in Mind Map style:

The original mix of developmental styles in your selected company.
The four individuals (first names only) who represent each of the four stages of development.
You plan for changing the mix and "fixing" the company.
