A conservation biologist, found an endangered beetle species in a nearby resaca. They advise the state to enact species protection for this beetle, but they refuse since "it's just a beetle." Also found in this resaca are a rare bird species and beautiful flowering plant that attracts thousands of tourists every year. How would defend the protection of the beetle?
