Scenario - Teaching old folks

The pandemic has highlighted a big issue of digital divide and emphasised in particular that older people - seniors - are hugely disadvantaged as the services they need - everything from banking to paying taxes - has now moved on line. If they don't have computers or more likely don't know how to use computers - they are going to be increasingly lost. You are launching a service to support these seniors. What would your product or service be and how will you use an IMC plan to promote it?

The Situational Analysis is a project that has two focii.

The first involves completing an Individual Situational Analysis that each student will undertake the research and write a plan ON YOUR OWN!!!. You will submit this first and use the template which follows. You will see that this is similar to the model you may have used in MARK 110.
