You are working the emergency department when a call comes in from EMS that they are bringing in a Trauma Yellow MVA, ETA 2minutes out. Your patient arrives. They are male, estimated 30-40's, weighs 210lbs, measured at 5'11, Spo2 on a NRB is 91%, HR 158, and BP 85/61, Pt's neck is being stablized with a cervical collar. Pt GCS is 9. Patients RR is 16 and it noted patient has flail chest. Given this infomration how will you treat and manage your patient.
