You are a manager on a Disney cruise ship ready to embark on a 8-day 7-night cruise. This group of passengers is your most diverse group, consisting of individuals from over 20 different countries speaking 50 or more languages. You are responsible for planning 5 nights of entertainment for the entire cruise ship. You have just 2 weeks to prepare a plan for this cruise. To make matters worse, one of your dancers suffered a sprained ankle from a previous ship performance and is uncertain whether she will be cleared to perform.

Objectives:

How will you prepare your team for the upcoming cruise?

What is the backup plan if you can't be fully staffed before the first night of the cruise?
