Your company have finally received firm proposal from a potential buyer of your product from question A above. After weeks of discussions, you believe you are in a position to go into a negotiation with this buyer for an international contract. Describe and explain the following:

(1) How will you prepare for the negotiation?

(2) Propose terms you believe are necessary to be included in the contract with justification. Remember terms should include (but not limited to) Incoterms, terms of sale (maximum, minimum qty etc), terms of payment, delivery timeline, applicable legislature, payment arrangements.

(3) After the negotiations what do you propose going forward?
