Due to rapid growth of your cloth designing company for both men and women, the executive team has asked HR to develop an internal training program. The purpose of the program is to help employees recently hired as salesperson learns communication and customer dealing skills. This will be the first formal training program for your small company. As HR manager, you have to decide what training method should be implemented and why? After training delivery how will you evaluate training program?
