The Nokia Case Analysis & Report assignment is based on the Nokia fraud warranty case that we have worked with in INF80024 seminar classes during weeks 1-4 of the Unit of Study. This includes the case activities undertaken with each class.
Written case report
Using information from the class Nokia case as your starting point, you are required to read and apply unit of study readings and additional relevant IT literature that you identify through your own research to prepare answers to the case study questions asked below:
1. How will you design and construct and organise Nokia's response to the incidents of warranty fraud and prevent the fraudulent claims happening in future?
2. What Organisational team will need to be formed to manage the organisation's response?
3. What other stakeholders that will need to be considered in the design of a response?
4. What changes need to take place in business processes in order for the fraudulent activity to be prevented?
5. What IT processes will be required to develop, implement and maintain the solution that is developed?
6. What business benefits (strategic and operational) result from the case solution you have proposed
