The Director of Human Resources has come to you, the lead trainer in Human Resources. Historically, the training on the human resource management system, Direct2Work, has been held in the main conference room twice a year. Due to the company's rapid growth nationally, there is a need to hold this training at least four times a year. Additionally, new employees are geographically dispersed across the nation. The Director has charged you with creating an online training to replace the current one.
