1,Taking this course I have learned many things I did not know already as someone that has been in the management field. The skills that I've learned in this course that I think can increase my success in my career is how to become a effective leader and role model.

Along with the many different styles and methods that I can use to build a successful team one day.

2,Specific skill I learned is followership. This was a skill that I did not know was needed in order to support a good leader. Everyone cannot be the chief as some have to be INdians.

Leaders have to show the followers how to be good at what they do and this lesson helped me to realize this. I can apply this concept to my career world the same way I learned it. I must show the followers how to be followers and support them in their roles. I must support them in showing how being a good leader means being a good follower.

3,This is a hard question because I learned so much, but I would have to say how marketing uses tricks to get us to buy their product. Which I knew that somewhat. I didn't know all what they go through to get us to buy their products and what they go through to get those products and services to us.

These skills, I learned I will apply them in life and if I do get to go back to work I will apply these marketing techniques at work. Principles of Marketing was interesting when we had to compare Dell's computers to the competitors that was interesting to how they can make a computer in just 4 hours whereas it takes the competitors 6 weeks.

Great class Professor! This class was somewhat difficult but I did it! I have enjoyed you all be safe take care of yourself and your families. God Bless!!!!!

4,So many aspects of this course intrigued me. However, I would have to say Unit three's research project provided me with a valuable sense of what business markets must go through to maintain profitability in competitive markets.

I'm sure I will use all that I have learned in my future purchases and possibly owning my own business in the future. However, currently, I plan to use what I have learned in marketing the cover country/rock band that I'm a lead vocalist for.I cannot thank all of you for the wonderful discussion boards, and Professor, for this course that was very informative.

I have done classes in the past with no textbook, and they left me wondering what exactly I was learning and how it applied to the assignments. All of your links for this course kept with the topic, were easy to follow and were very informative. So thank you so much for this learning experience.
