Evaluating your OD Action plan
The OD intervention at the University is now complete. Before you move on to other projects with the Bundoora Consulting Group you need to complete an evaluation plan to assess the success of your OD action plan. Your task is to design an evaluation plan that Bridget can implement over the next two years. Your plan should recommend a series of indicators to monitor and evaluate the progress, success and benefits of the OD intervention. These indicators or monitoring systems should include examining:
- How will the change be evaluated in relation to the achievement of the planned objectives of the intervention?
