Bryan has recently been employed in a sales role at REAL Property Professionals but has not yet received his certification. You are aware that there are limited duties that he can do until he receives his certification, however your supervisor has insisted that he go to a listing presentation and sign up a prospective vendor.

As Bryan is new at the agency, he doesn't want to upset your supervisor and goes to the listing presentation.

You are sure that this is not something that he should be doing and have mentioned this to the supervisor. The supervisor has told you not to worry as Bryan has a partially completed agreement that has already been signed by the supervisor and all he must do is get the vendor's signature; all the other details can be added later.
