Assignment:
You are required to prepare a presentation to a real estate client.
Document a presentation plan for your presentation.
Choose a presentation format and delivery from the following that you think will be suitable for your subject and purpose. For example:

1. What type of presentation will you be delivering? What is the topic? How long will it be?
2. Who is your target audience and outline what research you have undertaken to establish who they are and provide a summary of their typical characteristics? (geographic, demographic, psychographic, behavioural)?
3. What are your primary objectives? Be sure they are specific, attainable and measurable (SAM).
4. What are your secondary objectives? Apply the SAM principle.
5. Outline the structure of your presentation.
- 'What's in it for me" principle (WIFM) requirements and benefits. How will you open your presentation? How will you establish your "Ethos" (credibility).
- Build interest in the body of your presentation. How will you achieve this? How will you use a problem and solution format?
- Explain what you will do to give your presentation "Logos" (logic). What forms of evidence do you intend using? How will you ignite the emotive "Pathos" side to motivate your audience? What motivating techniques will you use?
- Ending your presentation with a call to action! How will you inspire a strong call to action from your audience?
6. Give examples of some questions your audience may ask you, and which you may use in relation to your presentation which can assist you with obtaining feedback?
7. What visual aids will you be using? What resources will you need?
