ASSIGNMENT:

How does the company get there? (Formulate strategic objectives.) If the goal is to increase profitability as a company, how will HR handle their portion of this responsibility? Decrease turnover, what needs to be done? If the goal is to increase hiring, how should the company plan to do this? Decrease hiring costs? Essentially, how are you going to operate in a tight labor market. There are a TON of articles on the current challenges and how orgs are addressing them. (TIP: the labor market is wildly different today than a few years ago, review articles from 2021 on when discussing current issues.)
