Develop a deeper sense of understanding and how aging changes can affect daily life, it is helpful to try and simulate age related changes.  To mimic arthritis, wear a pair of rubber or gardening gloves for the day or your tape your second and third fingers together. Place the tape in between both sets of knuckles to restrict movement.  Go about your day as your normally would.  You can also try activities such as sending a text, cutting vegetables, sending an email, and/or brushing your teeth.  Do not do any activities that you put yourself, or others at risk.  Review the rubric.
