Project Introduction - Hiram's Highway Improvement between Clear Water Bay Road and Marina Cove, Sai Kung

To improve two sections of Hiram's Highway between Clear Water Bay Road and Pak Wai, the existing Ho Chung Road and Luk Mei Tsuen Road.

The proposed improvement works will relieve the traffic congestion on the road section near Marina Cove, enhance the safety of the road section and improve the local access to Ho Chung and Luk Mei Tsuen.

Task

You are required to undertake an independent study and report in essay form on how the whole project and project delivery system are defined.

(13) The concepts and practical applications of cognitive bias;

(14) The general heuristics that are employed in making decisions in any process throughout various project phrases.

Cognitive Behaviour

(15) The concept of cognitive behaviour as an important human-related factor and the influences on the interpersonal relationship.
