Question: The biggest challenge for making measurements is the fact that often reproductive health is defined in terms of health and well-being, rather than in terms of the avoidance of death and disease. "Reproductive ill-health accounted for 22% of the global disease burden among women of reproductive age (1544 years), compared with 3% for men" (AbouZahr, Vaughan, 2000). Why do you think that is?
