How well do you think a really negatively-toned consumer complaint works? As you know from the material in this week's Seminar, usually not so well. You know the old saying... "You can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar!" No one wants to be bullied. I would never want to see an ECO-Systems Seminar graduate engage in negative communication tactics, so we're going to make sure that you don't lose your cool when you complain.
