Assignment: We acknowledge that many students work and go to school. One could say that those students have a well-defined support system in place and have learned the skill of work, life and school time commitment. Also, a single parent going back to college can be difficult due the high increase in child care. Many lower income families and potential students are just trying to survive. This alone, in our contemporary environment, can be very stressful. If we add college to the already stressful situation, it can set a student up for failure.

Question: Coming up with solutions and actions that will focus on the lower income group that is at a disadvantage for college.
