Question: Provide an example of how unconscious bias training can affect who gets to attend training or is asked to participate in development activities. Some organizations take it upon themselves to try and separate the employees that have unconscious biases from those who don't. This can look like the organization having employees private survey (results aren't shared with their peers) to get a better understanding of who does and doesn't have those biases. The next step, based on people's answers, would be to put the people who displayed those biases in training and/or development activities.
