For this discussion, sign in to your AHIMA Vlab Account and access 3M. Under the references tab in 3M, select the AHA Coding Clinic for ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS, an expert coding advice and guideline clarification resource for medical coders. Select a year and quarter within the past two years; under Ask the Editor, choose a topic of interest (within the past two years) and include the following in your post:
