Question: You will need a computer program that simulates a large number of binomial random variables at once for this exercise. Refer to Example, "Strategies for Studying When You Are out of Time." Simulate what would happen if you used Strategy 2, in which the total score was the sum of two binomial random variables, one with n = 10 and p = .8, the other with n = 10 and p = .2. Run 1000 simulations, and determine the proportion of them for which you would have received a passing grade (13 or more). Explain what you did.

Example: Strategies for Studying When You Are Out of Time You have a two-part multiple-choice test tomorrow, with 10 questions on one part and 10 on the other; all questions have four choices. You don't have time to study well. From past experience you know that if you study all of the material in the time you have, you can narrow all 20 questions down to two choices and get them correct with probability .5.
