Assignment:

Health care leaders are being called on to become role-models in Well-being, which includes creating a climate and working conditions that are conducive to employees' long-term emotional, mental, spiritual, and financial health (Rubino, et al, 2020).

If I were to conduct a research study based on this notion of leaders being role models of well-being, I would prefer a qualitative case study in a healthcare organization, asking employees if they believe their leaders are role models of well-being and what that looks like, in their opinion.
