Question: To be able to compare two hospitals in terms of quality, services, structure, morality, it is important to make a very thorough study of each of them in order to draw a conclusion. But given the services and specialist in the building, we can draw the reverence to make an adequate synthesis. For example, I chose Florida Hospital in Orlando which is a tertiary hospital of high technology quality and the medical center of Poinciana which is a secondary hospital. So, Florida Hospital is a 4-star hospital while the medical center of Poinciana is 2-star. In terms of services, they have almost the same, but the big difference is that on average national medical center of poinciana is considered inferior compared to Florida Hospital which presents other more advanced services include advanced technologies such as VitalWatch® (Remote Electronic ICU) two-way audio / video in all ICUs and eCareMobile Critical Care Units for every patient room and hurricane-enhanced building, and much more. other differences, I think it's because, according to the notes of the Poinciana Medical Center, it is difficult to explain the drugs and treatments to their patients. The Poinciana Medical Center tends to request double images when it only needs one, which means that it charges insurance companies when they do not need it. The Poinciana Medical Center is about 35% less than the Florida Hospital of Orlando in terms of understanding their care at discharge from the hospital.

Across the globe, all health systems have an average, either acceptable or not. As a leader, I have to face rising costs and quality of service despite the hard work of well-meaning and well-trained clinicians. I must ensure that the services are effective and project a positive image for both institutions and fight against fraud, reduction of errors, application of practice guidelines, improving the quality of "consumer" patients, through the implementation in place of a dynamic service and efficiency.
