V. Marketing Objectives: Where and how far do you want to go?
VI. Marketing Strategies: How to hit and identify your target markets- Consumer? Organizational?
VII. Positioning your product Where does it fit in? How is it to be placed? -upscale, mid-priced or low priced
VIII. Product Strategies: How many channels or product lines? One or multiple brands
IX. Pricing: How will you price your product-Straight markup. Skimming, penetration
X. Promotion: How will you get your product known? What channels will you use?
XI. Supply Chain: Where do you get your raw materials, supplies from?
XII. Measurement and Control: How will you gauge the success of your venture?
