It may be that you have advice for your client on how to go about using the work you have completed, as well as other recommendations and observations. It is of course very important to turn research into practical and concrete steps for action. Your client needs your guidance on how to best utilize your research and findings.

This will include a frank assessment of any risks that might endanger the implementation of your recommendations. You should also include a brief social impact assessment plan for your client, so they can measure the impact of your recommendations and their broader activities. A step-by-step guide is provided in Ramia et al (2021) Roadmap to outcomes measurement. Your step-by-step guide to planning, measuring and communicating social impact and will be discussed in class.
