Tesla is a well know manufacturer of driverless car business. Tesla is considering moving from a small custom design facility to an operation capable of much more rapid design of driverless car. This means that Tesla might consider many upgrading such as Anti-Lock Brakes (ABS), Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Cruise Control, Lane Departure Warning System, Night Vision, and Self-Parking. Tesla’s sales manager has estimated that if the market for driverless car continues to expand, sales will be promising and profiting. However this driverless must be excellent to meet the competition in market. You have been assigned to a QFD team; the goal of the team is to develop a new driverless car which rank at lease comes the first quarter of all competitors in the market for 2020.
