Identifying the need for change in your organization
How to develop an initial change plan that will be used to stimulate change for my organization. The format will be a memorandum you would give to your employees that prepares them ("unfreezing as noted by Lewin (1947)) for the proposed change. The memorandum must include the following information:
The name of the organization
The strategic vision of the organization; if one does not exist for your organization, you have to create one
The mission of the organization; if one does not exist for your organization, you have to create one
The process to be changed
The current process
The proposed new process
The steps included in the change
What the new expected outcome of the change
How the change will benefit the employees
How the change will benefit the people being served
How the change will benefit the organization
How the change is linked to the organizational vision and mission
