How to determine theoretical yield when there are two products formed  (major and minor). Synthesis of isooctane from tert-butyl alcohol. 

Started with 10ml of 2-methyl-2-propanol and the density is 0.775g/ml. 

Formed a solution containing both major and minor product that equaled 3.478g and will determine percent yield.
