How to determine if 2 fluorescent proteins genes are linked or unlinked in yeast cells.

You have a diploid of GFP/RFP, sporulate it and grow it as haploid cells. GFP is green, RFP is red, when both present you get yellow.

Results you get are red colonies- 200, green colonies- 160, yellow colonies- 60, colonies with no colour- 50

Are these 2 genes linked or not and also calculate the map distance between the genes
