Assignment
Developing the Plan and Setting up the Company includes preparing the first section of a business plan for your startup. You can find several examples of business plans on the internet, as well as templates to develop your own plan. No matter if you decide to start from scratch or use the templates available, you will find the same components in any plan: the executive summary, followed by the details of the plan, separated into sections on the company and product/service; a market analysis; an operating plan; the organizational structure/management team, a financial plan, and the amount needed for the startup, with terms of use outlined.
If you decide to enroll in BUSN635, you will develop an actual business plan. For this course, you WILL NOT develop an actual plan, rather, you will include a description of the components that detail the company product/service you chose.
1). How to conduct a market analysis.
2). Develop an operating plan and
3). How to determine the proposed organizational structure and management team for the company.
Feel free to address one or all of these functional strategic processes. I would ideally address all of them as depicted in the writing template.
• Write an APA 6th formatted paper of 500-600 words, typewritten in double-spaced format (Arial 12-point font or Times New Roman styles), page margins Top, Bottom, Left Side and Right Side = 1 inch, with reasonable accommodation being made for special situations and online submission variances. See template from Week 1.
• Again, you WILL NOT be writing an entire plan.
• In your response, make certain that you include at least two outside references from search engines or scholarly sources.
