Over the last 100 years, prior to 2005 the average /maximum temperature on February 1 was 27.6 degrees Fahrenheit. The standard deviation was 5.7. Over the same period the average /maximum temperature in Dublin was 6.2 degrees Centigrade. The standard deviation was 2.9.
